Return Policy

  • Our products carry a 30 day money back guarantee for unused and unopened products in the original packaging.
  • Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1.888.966.1010 between the hours of 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. EST Monday - Friday to arrange your return and issuance of an RMA (returned materials authorization) number and return instructions. You may also contact Customer Service if you are dissatisfied with your product.
  • We determine your 30 day time frame by verifying the date of delivery. We ask that you ship the returned product back using a traceable method of shipping. Upon receipt, we will issue either a full refund for unopened product or ship your replacement product as applicable.
  • Returns initiated outside the 30 days will not be accepted. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Repeated return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds to an individual who has requested returns repeatedly.
